    Healthy low-FODMAP and low-carb keto

    Following a low-FODMAP diet can seemFattoush salad on a white plate. daunting, especially if you want to limit carbs or follow a ketogenic diet while limiting FODMAPs. It may seem restrictive, but there are so many options to eat a healthy diet while staying low carb and avoiding sugars that can cause digestive upset. Low-FODMAP is far from boring and mundane! Here you'll find delicious, flavorful recipes with no onion or garlic, (like my Keto BLT Salad with Shredded Kale) - and you'll never miss them, I promise.  I'll also include recipes containing foods that are lower in FODMAPs when they're consumed in appropriate serving sizes such as my delicious Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Maple and Rosemary.
