Following a low-FODMAP diet can seem daunting, especially if you want to limit carbs or follow a ketogenic diet while limiting FODMAPs. It may seem restrictive, but there are so many options to eat a healthy diet while staying low carb and avoiding sugars that can cause digestive upset. Low-FODMAP is far from boring and mundane!
