Following a diet based on whole food ingredients is always healthiest!  However, finding paleo and keto friendly recipes can be a challenge.  Here, you'll find globally inspired, delicious main courses, from Homemade Asian Cabbage Rolls and Pisto Manchego, to everyday recipes like my Crock Pot Pulled Pork.

And don't forget dessert!  Drizzle some Silky Keto Chocolate Sauce over your favorite berries for a decadent treat.
