Low FODMAP

Healthy low-FODMAP and low-carb keto

Following a low-FODMAP diet can seemFattoush salad on a white plate. daunting, especially if you want to limit carbs or follow a ketogenic diet while limiting FODMAPs. It may seem restrictive, but there are so many options to eat a healthy diet while staying low carb and avoiding sugars that can cause digestive upset.

Low-FODMAP is far from boring and mundane! Here you'll find delicious, flavorful recipes with no onion or garlic, (like my Keto BLT Salad with Shredded Kale) - and you'll never miss them, I promise.  I'll also include recipes containing foods that are lower in FODMAPs when they're consumed in appropriate serving sizes such as my delicious Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Maple and Rosemary.

Looking for something new and exciting to spice things up? Read about some of the gourmet and exotic ingredients that are easy to use and provide phenomenal flavor to any dish in my Ingredient Spotlight.  Many of the ingredients there are low-FODMAP friendly such as my Low-FODMAP Seasoning for BBQ.
