Here’s a silky, creamy, perfectly smooth peanut butter cream cheese frosting that compliments… well… everything! It’s pipeable, but is great to just eat with a spoon!
Add the peanut butter, vanilla and cacao, if using.
Add the sweetener about ¼ cup at a time.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
At this time, it should be perfect for frosting or piping. It will set up quickly in the fridge.
Notes
If you like a sweeter frosting, add more sweetener at about a tablespoon at a time.The raw cacao is optional. It adds just a touch of flavor and color, but isn't necessary in this recipe. You can also substitute the raw cacao for cocoa powder.
