Most of the dishes in this category are low-FODMAP and AIP compliant or have AIP variations, such as my Low-FODMAP Guacamole, Herb Roasted Carrots with Fenugreek, and an Easy Lebanese Fattoush Salad.

These delicious sides can be served with a main course and some can even be an appetizer, like my Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus.  Enjoy some as a small meal by themselves like my Keto BLT Salad with Shredded Kale and Lemon Dressing.
